APPRAISAL OF FOUR TRACTS FOR THE 2020 SANITARY SEWER SOUTH SERVICE AREA IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Harrisonville has issued a Request for Proposal for the appraisal of four (4) tracts for the 2020 Sanitary Sewer South Service Area Improvements. 

The proposal involves both a “before” and “after” improvement appraisal. Each report shall have a narrative format and shall be in accordance with USPAP. The appraiser must be either state certified or licensed. The City will require that the proposal be submitted on a per parcel basis.

CUSTODIAL SERVICES FOR CITY HALL & POLICE DEPARTMENT

The City of Harrisonville is seeking bids for cleaning services at City Hall and the Harrisonville Police Department. 

Bids shall be submitted by 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2020, at City Hall, where they will be opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers. 

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the City Clerk, 300 E. Pearl Street, Harrisonville, MO 64701, and labeled on the outside of the envelope "Custodial Bid." MUNICIPAL JUDGE

The City of Harrisonville, Missouri is seeking the services of a qualified individual to assume the responsibilities of Municipal Judge for the work described in the scope of services provided below. 

 Responses will be received at City Hall (300 E Pearl Street, Harrisonville, MO 64701) until 5 p.m. on September 28, 2020.

The successful candidate will be an attorney or judge with a minimum of five (5) years of specific municipal law experience, licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri, and a member of the Missouri Bar in good standing. Such candidate should be a member, either as an employee or owner, of a law firm that has experience in municipal law. The candidate shall have substantial knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and court decisions affecting municipalities. Candidates shall not have ethical or business conflict of interests by representing clients who are adverse to the City of Harrisonville specifically or cities in Missouri generally.

RFP FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE SPILLWAYS AT BOTH LAKE LUNA AND CITY LAKE

The City of Harrisonville is seeking responses from experienced and qualified Consultants to provide engineering services for the replacement of the spillways at both Lake Luna and City Lake in the City Park.  In addition to the spillways, the City Lake’s dam will need to be modified to provide a more stable structure.  See Exhibits A & B in the link below.  

The Project shall consist of evaluating alternate structures and alignments, design of the selected spillway, and the preparation of construction documents, in accordance with the City of Harrisonville standards. 

 The City of Harrisonville, Missouri invites interested firms to submit a signed and sealed proposal for services as described herein.  

Three (3) copies of the proposals must be received by the City Engineer, 300 East Pearl, P.O. Box 367, Harrisonville, Missouri, 64701, marked “Professional Services for the City Park Spillways Replacement Project RFP-2020-02”.  Proposal must be received no later than: 2 p.m., on Thursday, September 3, 2020.
