All violations involving accidents, alcohol, drugs, driving while license suspended or revoked, ordinance violations, most animal violations, and speeding OVER 25 MPH must appear in court.

Payment by mail, online, by phone or in person at the Violations Bureau shall constitute a guilty plea and the waiver of a trial.

You may pay with a credit card by phone at 1-877-222-0377 or online at www.harrisonville.com/court. There is a $2.00 fee for amounts up to $50.00 and a 4% fee for amounts $50.01 and over.

If you wish to pay by mail, please mail a copy of your ticket along with a check or money order made payable to the City of Harrisonville to:

Failure to pay any of the above offenses by way of the Violations Bureau, in person or by mail will require a court appearance. Court is held at Harrisonville City Hall at 300 E. Pearl.

No other notification will be mailed to you regarding your fine and/or court date.

Other legal penalties prescribed by law may be imposed for failure to appear and/or dispose of the violation.
