New Automated Payment Added

The City of Harrisonville is using a new automated bill payment system for utility customers. The new system is called Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and can be reached 24 hours a day/365 days a year by calling a special phone number or by calling City Hall during regular business hours and asking to be transferred. When you call you will be prompted to enter your account number and house number. IVR will give you your utility balance and will prompt you for credit card payment information. The payment will be entered in the city’s payment system and quickly reflected on your account. This is a great way to save time, gas and footsteps especially if your payment is late.  This will replace the old way of making credit cards payments for utilities and make it safer for you, our customer.
